Hello Class of 1979!! Once again it's time for our reunion. This will be #45!! Can you believe we've been out of high school that long? We are starting the planning and will inform others of what we have. For this reunion we'd like to keep it simple.. Maybe a get together with finger foods, so we can just mingle and talk, no DJ, no big catered meal, etc.. what's anyone's thoughts? ~linda

We will once again start planning for our next reunion in 2024. Our 45th year out of High School. How crazy does that sound? If you have any suggestions, please let us know. We usually start the planning in late January or February to at least get a date set and a venue.. We look forward to seeing everyone that can make it, and many of those we haven't seen sing high school..

HEY CLASS OF 1979!! We as the Class of '79 would like to donate towards our Shelbyville High School Auditorium renovations: new seats, new paint, new flooring, technology updates and lighting updates. The lowest donation to get our CLASS OF 1979 on a small placard is $500.. If you would like to donate towards this, please send a check to CLASS OF 79, 702 North Morgan, Shelbyville, IL 62565. We have set our deadline for donations for April 20th.. With donations received we will then send a check to the high school to get our name on the wall. Thank you all for your donations in advance.
